About Anne Babu and Company Advocates

Anne Babu and Company Advocates was founded in 2013 to serve local and international clients by offering the highest form of legal services. Our values include client service and being responsive and authoritative.

Though we support our clients in a number of areas, our primary focus is on employment/labour matters which most times, goes hand in hand with immigration. We are also involved in commercial matters.

We curate Kenya Employment Law, which is the only blog in Kenya that is dedicated to publishing articles relating to the labour laws.

We advise, support, train and litigate in our areas of focus.

The Team at Anne Babu & Company Advocates is led by our Founder, Anne Babu. Anne is an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya with over 12 years’ practising experience in employment and commercial law.

Anne holds a Bachelor of Laws Degree from the University of Nairobi and a Master’s Degree in Industrial & Employment Relations from the University of Turin, International Training Centre of the International Labour Organization, Italy.

Anne has been identified and ranked globally by Chambers & Partners as one of the leading employment lawyers in Kenya.

She is passionate about employment law practice, compliance, research, writing and training.
