Benjamin has extensive experience in complex litigation, including commercial litigation, employment disputes, commercial disputes, contract, tort and family law. Benjamin has been involved in Commercial Litigation, corporate commercial law and representation in these areas as well as Banking and Finance Law.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Nkumba University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Tax and Revenue Administration from the East African School of Taxation and Post Graduate Diploma from the Kenya School of Law.

• Represented a client in a Judicial Review matter over amendment of birth records.
• Lead associate in representing a multi-billion company in Kenya for a claim value of Ksh 135 Million.
• Represented a client in a constitutional petition aiming to quash a cabinet moratorium banning inter country and resident adoptions
• Represented leading Hotel in a commercial lease dispute worth over Ksh 100 Million.
• Assisted in representing leading Telecom Company  in a USD 2.5million dollar dispute.
• Advised and represented clients in matters involving seeking injunctive relief against various Banks and money lending institutions.
• Family law practice including divorce, child maintenance, surrogacy and succession/estate planning
