Immigration Law
The statutes, regulations, and legal precedents that govern immigration into and deportation from a country are referred to as immigration law. It is distinct from other matters such as naturalization and citizenship, though they are sometimes confused. Kenya has laws that govern both entry and exit rights, as well as internal rights such as stay duration, freedom of movement, and the right to participate in commerce or government.
