Incase where you encounter an unethical lawyer;

You can report an advocate in Kenya to the Advocates Complaints Commission (ACC) which is responsible for receiving, investigating, promoting, reconciliation and prosecuting complaints against an advocate, firm of advocates, a member or employee of the firm ¹. The complaint should be in writing and supported by relevant documentary or other evidence ². You can also address complaints to the Disciplinary Committee or the Law Society of Kenya ².
