Am Cyrus, am writing this email to inquire about; My former Employer recently posted a video promoting their services on Instagram and Facebook, am well captured in the video showing how the service is done. The problem is i no longer work for the company. My image was used without my consent. The other problem is i do not have a copy of my contract with me since they asked us to sign and return it, also as far as i can remember in the contract i didn’t read anywhere my image was to be posted on social media to promote their services, and if it was there it should have ended once i left the company. The contract was 1 year and i left before it finished by writing a resignation letter as requested by the HR department. It is a big Chinese Company well known.
