Good morning, my name is mesh. Now, in December 2022 my house was locked due to outstanding balances with the management, I had issues at work that got me unable to settle the dues in time. Early january 2023 I was called and under the supervision of the manager, the guard and a garden boy, the house was opened and at that point the manager gave me  verbal eviction to just pick my few clothes and leave. To which I refuted but upon reaching the gate, the  watchman refused to open until I had picked  few clothes as the manager wished and left. 

I left everything else. It was a bed sitter with the following items my clothing’s, painting, a Sony radio cd changer with four speakers , my work related documents I.e employment letters , school certificates from primary to university, a vehicle log book, cooker, fridge, carpet, sofa bed utensils etc.  After a full year of interdiction and managing my court case, which finally was withdrawn by the magistrate, I’m on the verge of being reinstated, i made a personal call to the manager of the property to ask if I can atleast get my documents and his response is that they don’t have them. Non. Upon investigating the issue I hear that my items were shared amongst the gardener the watchman and everyone else who stays within.  How can I handle such a case.
